Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx" or the "Company")
Results of the Annual General Meeting
The Board of Oryx are pleased to announce that all the Resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, have been passed. As a result, the Capital Reorganisation will become effective today, with the commencement of dealings in the New Ordinary Shares expected to be at 8.00 a.m. on 1 September 2008.
Two copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
