Result of Annual General Meeting

 

 

Lavendon Group plc held its AGM at 11.30am on Wednesday 20th April 2011 at Financial Dynamics, 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB.

 

The Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions placed before the meeting were duly passed.

 

Resolutions 10 and 11 were special resolutions. All other resolutions are ordinary resolutions. The votes cast were as follows:-
