Leed Petroleum PLC04 December 2007 Leed Petroleum PLC ("Leed" or the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting and Update to Total Voting Rights The Board of Leed announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Companyheld earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. Following approval of Resolution 7 at today's Annual General Meeting, 10,810,362ordinary shares have been allotted and distributed, credited as fully paid, toand amongst the management team, bringing the total number of outstanding sharesof the Company up to the 251,020,767 ordinary shares disclosed in the Company'sAIM admission document. Howard Wilson and James Slatten, both directors of theCompany, now each hold 3,296,600 ordinary shares, as set out in the Company'sAIM admission document. Application has been made for the 10,810,362 ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
