Annual General Meeting (AGM)

At today's AGM, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a poll.

Dividend

The final dividend of 1.50p per share will be paid on 12 August 2016 to members on the register at the close of business on 15 July 2016.

Company name change

Further to the announcement on 12 April 2016, and following approval from shareholders today, the Company will within the next few days formally change its name to D4t4 Solutions Plc and the TIDM to D4T4. The Company will make a further announcement following the formal change being completed.
