Cancellation from Trading on AIM & Return of Capital

The Directors of Safe Harbour announce that, at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting, as set out in full in the circular dated 7 July 2020 ("Circular"), were duly passed by the requisite majorities. The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below:

Accordingly, as contemplated in the Company's announcement of 7 July 2020 and the Circular, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 7 August 2020, and at 7.00 a.m. on 10 August 2020 the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. Following the Delisting, Cenkos will cease to act as nominated adviser and broker to the Company.

As described in the Circular, the Directors anticipate that an initial distribution of 74 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid to shareholders no later than 30 September 2020. A final distribution will be made at the end of the summary winding up process, which is currently expected to be concluded by the end of July 2021.
