Annual General Meeting

Porta Communications Plc (AIM: PTCM) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, resolutions numbered 1 to 7 as set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed.

Resolution 8, 9 and 10 were withdrawn at the meeting following shareholder feedback which indicated insufficient support based on proxy votes received. Resolution 8 related to the power to issue shares for cash; resolution 9 related to the authority to purchase shares (market purchases); and resolution 10 related to political donations.

The results of proxy voting will be available on the Company's website shortly.
