RESULT OF AGM
The Company confirms that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
Following the approval of the resolution to change the name of the Company to Kingswalk Investments Limited, the Company will now process the necessary documentation to complete the name change and will issue a further announcement notifying the date it will take effect in due course.
