Result of AGM
Telford Homes Plc (AIM:TEF), the London focused residential property developer, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
As first announced on 18 December 2014, Robert Clarke has today retired from the Board of Telford Homes with immediate effect. The remaining directors would like to extend their sincere thanks to Robert for his significant contribution to the Company and its shareholders over the last 13 years and wish him a long and happy retirement.
