Board Appointment
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), held earlier today, were duly passed.
Board Appointment
Further to the statement in the Company's Preliminary Results announcement published on 24 September 2025, and following today's AGM, the Company is pleased to confirm the formal appointment of Austen Adams to the Board and to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
The Company is pleased to report that its current performance aligns with market expectations and remains strong.
