Big Yellow Group PLC04 July 2005 Big Yellow Group PLC For immediate release 4 July 2005 Result of Annual General Meeting Big Yellow Group PLC ("The Group") announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 7 June 2005 were duly passed. The final dividend of 1.5p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 6 July. The Group announces that May and June saw a return to more normal trading conditions following a quiet April. The Groupintends to publish a trading update for the quarter to 30 June 2005 on 12 July 2005.
