Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (AIM: IDH), a leading producer of specialist diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

At the meeting, David Evans stood down as Chairman, and commenting on David's departure, Roger Duggan, Deputy Chairman, said, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for his contribution to IDS. David's experience in entrepreneurial growth diagnostic businesses has been invaluable, having worked with the Company all the way through from pre-IPO listing on AIM, and in the subsequent development and growth of the business. David's contribution to IDS is greatly appreciated and we offer him our thanks and best wishes for the future."
