SP Holdings PLC27 May 2005 SP HOLDINGS PLC Result of Annual General Meeting At the Annual General Meeting of SP Holdings plc ("the Company") held today allof the resolutions put to the meeting were passed, with the exception of theordinary resolution to give the Board authority to allot securities up to anaggregate nominal amount of £6,000,000 and the special resolution to disapplypre-emption rights up to an aggregate nominal value of £3,000,000. Further to the announcement of 23rd May 2005 regarding changes to the Board,Stephen Hayward was re-appointed as a director by an ordinary resolution at theAnnual General Meeting, but then immediately resigned that position.
