Interserve Plc Result of Annual General Meeting
Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held today at the offices of JPMorgan Cazenove Limited, 20 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 7 April 2009 were passed on a show of hands.
