Result of AGM and trading update

Publishing Technology plc (AIM: PTO.L), the leading provider of world-class software and services to the global publishing industry, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 17 June 2015, as set out in the notice sent to shareholders on 26 May 2015, were duly approved.

At the AGM, the Chairman Martyn Rose stated that 'The Board is confident the Group remains on track and can meet market expectations for the year to 31 December 2015.'
