Result of AGM and Total Voting Rights

HaloSource Corporation (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on London Stock Exchange's AIM market, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

158,570,498 new shares of US$0.0001 each ("New Shares") will be issued and admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 11 September 2018. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares.

Following the issue of New Shares, the Company will have 721,576,274 shares in issue. HaloSource has no shares in treasury, therefore this figure may used by shareholders following admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
