RESULT OF AGM AND PROPOSED NAME CHANGE
London 28 April 2010 - The Board of Mercator Gold plc, the diversified mineral development company, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 10:30 a.m. on 28 April 2010 were duly passed.
The Company therefore confirms that, pursuant to Resolution 9, it proposes to change its name to Electrum Resources plc following completion of the relevant filings and administration. Further details will follow regarding the date of change together with confirmation of the Company's new TIDM.
