Result of Annual General Meeting
Change of Company Name
Commoditrade (AIM: CMM) the commodities asset management group announces that at the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders held today, the Resolutions, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting were duly passed.
Shareholders today approved the proposed change of name of the Company to Mentum Inc. The Company can now register the name change with the Cayman authorities and will make an appropriate announcement when the change has taken effect.
