The Company announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed.
The Company further announces that at the general meeting also held earlier today, the resolution, as described in the circular posted to shareholders dated 3 October 2016, was duly passed.
