Result of AGM and GM

All resolutions proposed at Colefax's Annual General Meeting and General Meeting held on Tuesday 13 September were duly passed.

At the General Meeting to approve a waiver under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code there were 2,843,014 votes cast representing 20.2% of the ordinary share capital of which 99.6% were in favour of the resolution.
