Result of AGM and General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

At the subsequent General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed. 

As a consequence of the resolutions being passed at the General Meeting, the Company will, subject to the satisfaction of the remaining conditions of completion of the disposal (as detailed in the circular posted to shareholders on 26 February 2014 and available on the Company's website, www.evocutis.com), dispose of:

· intellectual property rights in SYN1113;

· intellectual property rights in LabSkin™; and

· certain equipment associated with the operation of SYN1113 and/or LabSkin™.
