Directors shareholdings

Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") announces that at its AGM and EGM today, all resolutions were duly passed. Following the approval of Shareholders, the Capital Re-organisation, as announced on 9 June 2009, has been implemented.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 12,028,900 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 12,028,900 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The ISIN for the new Ordinary Shares is GB00B4ZG0R74.
Application has been made for the 12,028,900 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM trading on AIM which is expected to commence on 8 July 2009.
