Result of AGM and Directorate Changes

United Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: "UOG") the growing oil and gas company with a portfolio of production, development, exploration and appraisal assets, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Accordingly, as from the conclusion of the AGM Peter Dunne has today been appointed a Director and Company Secretary of United, and David Quirke has stepped down from the Board of Directors and his duties as Company Secretary.

The Appointment of Chief Financial Officer announcement dated 5 May 2022 included all information on Peter Dunne required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies and there have been no changes to any of the disclosures.
