Result of AGM & Directorate Change
At the Annual General Meeting of Pure Wafer plc held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
It was also announced at the Annual General Meeting that Giles Clarke, Non-Executive Director, would be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect, following five years with the Company, due to time constraints from other business activities.
Commenting, Stephen Boyd, Chairman, said:
"We would like to thank Giles for the important contributions he made to Pure Wafer, both in his role as former Chairman of the Company and as a Non-Executive Director."
