30 January 2008 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") Result of AGM and Directorate changes
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Following the AGM, Robert Benton, non-executive chairman, and Annie Miles, executive director, have resigned from the board with immediate effect. Both Robert and Annie intend to pursue other interests.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce that Terence Bate, aged 74, has joined the board as chairman with immediate effect.
A further announcement, which will contain the information on Mr Bate required under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, will be made in due course.
