Result of Annual General Meeting and Directorate Appointment

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company is pleased to further announce that Gideon Ian Israel has been appointed as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Gideon was born in South Africa in 1948 and came to England in 1961, graduating from Manchester University (UMIST) with a BSc (Hons) in Engineering. Following university, he worked as a structural engineer in an architect's office until 1974, later that year starting his first business carrying out specialist plastering and remedial works.

Gideon has since been involved in a number of successful businesses, primarily in the property and security sectors. He sold two security businesses in 1997 to a public company, later to start another security business, Safe Estates Services Limited, in 2000 which he sold at the end of 2004 for £55.5m. At the time of the sale it was one of the ten fastest expanding non software businesses in the country.

Gideon is the chairman of a number of businesses, the most recent appointment being to Clearway Services (UK) Limited. This is a company that carries out security and management services to vacant properties.

There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
