Annual General Meeting and Director Retirement

At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders were duly carried.

Director Retirement

As indicated in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 March 2016, Martin Magee did not seek re-election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting and accordingly retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

The Board wishes to thank Martin for his contribution and support in a period of transition.
