Result of AGM and change of name

Inland, which specialises in buying brownfield sites and enhances their value by obtaining planning permission, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2011, all resolutions were duly passed.

One of the resolutions passed was to change the Company's name to Inland Homes PLC and the change of name has become effective as Companies House has issued the certificate of incorporation on change of name.

Shares in the Company are expected to begin trading under the new name from 08:00am on 25 November 2011. The Company's ISIN and ticker (INL) will remain unchanged. The Company's website address will also remain unchanged: www.inlandplc.com.
