Antisoma is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 30 September 2013 were duly passed.

Accordingly the Company has now changed its name to Sarossa Capital Plc. The Company's website address will continue as www.antisoma.com until further notice.
