Result of AGM and Board Changes

Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and facades worldwide is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company also announces that, with immediate effect, Charles DesForges has reverted to the position of non-executive chairman of the Company and that it has appointed Ronaldsons LLP as its company secretary.

As set out in the Company's annual report for the year to 31 December 2013 and notice of AGM, following the conclusion of the AGM, Charles Sebag-Montefiore has retired as a director of the Company. The Board wishes to reiterate their thanks for his steadfast contribution to the Company during his eight years as a non-executive of the Company. The Board intend to appoint a new non-executive director as soon as practical.
