Result of Annual General Meeting and Board Change

Maple Energy plc (AIM:MPLE; LIMA:MPLE), an integrated energy company with assets in Peru, announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in Dublin on 29 September 2014 were duly passed.

The Company also announces the resignation by rotation of Mr. Francisco Mesquita as non-executive director at the Company's Annual General Meeting with immediate effect.
