Result of Annual General Meeting and Board Appointment

Augean plc, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting, held yesterday in Wetherby, were duly passed.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of John Rauch, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, to the Augean plc Board effective following yesterday's AGM. John has been with the Company since December 2016 and the Directors welcome him to the Augean Board. Prior to joining Augean, John was Chief Operating Officer at Bridon International. John has, in the past, also held senior positions within IMI Norgren as Operations Director and ESAB Holdings where his roles included Global Director: Strategy & Company Programmes and Global Head of Supply Chain.
