Result of AGM and Appointment of Director

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 24 April 2015 were duly passed.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Foster as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mark, 56, is currently Chief Executive Officer of Arts Alliance Ltd, the leading producer, financier, distributor and marketer of Event Cinema worldwide. Prior to joining Arts Alliance he was Managing Director of Deezer UK & Ireland. There he was responsible for leading the UK and Ireland launches of one of the world's premier music-on-demand streaming services, including product internationalisation and implementing both B2B and B2C strategies.

Between 2002 and 2005, as well as 2010 and 2011, Mark was Director and Partner respectively of fostercraig Ltd, establishing a successful digital strategy and marketing consultancy for a number of organisations both inside and outside the music industry, including the IFPI, PPL and various small labels and retailers.

From 2005 to 2010, Mark was Managing Director of Lifestyle Mobility UK Ltd where he held an entrepreneurial retail and consultancy role in the healthcare sector, providing mobility products, adaptations and accessibility solutions for disabled and elderly people, operating a number of retail outlets, supplying the British Red Cross and several local authorities.
