Result of annual general meeting

Cientifica, the AIM quoted investing company focussing on the acquisition of businesses making use of advanced materials, graphene and emerging technologies, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, resolutions 1 and 5 to 10 as set out in the notice of AGM were duly passed. Resolutions 2 to 4, concerning the re-appointment of Directors who had subsequently resigned from the Board, were not proposed at the meeting.
