Trakm8 Holdings plc, announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed.

Following the RNS announcement dated 10th September 2008, resolution 4 relating to the retirement and re-election of Mr Cary Knapton as Director, was not presented to the meeting.
