RESULT OF AGM

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today at The Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with LR 9.6.2, copies of resolutions concerning items other than ordinary business are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do

Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution will shortly be available on the Company website, www.socointernational.co.uk
