18 May 2010 UTV Media plc ("UTV") Results of AGM
At UTV's Annual General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Vote totals will be published on our website tomorrow. Copies of the resolutions which constituted special business have been lodged with the Financial Services Authority Document Viewing Facility.
