Result of AGM
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today, 8 May 2014, Resolutions 1-10 were duly passed.
Resolution 11 was withdrawn prior to the AGM, at the request of the Board of Directors.
