Result of Annual General Meeting
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, confirms that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed.
Full details of the voting results will be available on the Group's website at www.d4t4solutions.com.
Following shareholder approval at today's AGM, the final dividend of 1.9p will be paid on 28 August 2020 to Members on the Register at close of business on 24 July 2020.
