RESULT OF AGM

Fitbug Holdings Plc, the AIM quoted provider of online personal health and wellbeing services, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today with the exception of Resolution Two, which was withdrawn as it related to the reappointment of Andrew Brummer who stepped down from the Board at the end of May 2015.
