Results of AGM

 

The Board of MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) announces the results of its Annual General Meeting, held on 18 December 2020.

All ordinary resolutions (1 to 5) were duly passed.

Special resolutions required a 75% majority of votes cast. Resolutions 6 and 8 were duly passed.

Resolution 7 did not secure this 75% majority in favour, and therefore did not pass.
