RESULTS OF AGM
Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR), a world leading developer of low cost, next generation fuel cell technology, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed.
Phil Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer, presented a progress update to shareholders at the AGM and this presentation is available on the Company's website.
