Rockhopper Exploration plc ("Rockhopper")
Result of AGM
The Board of Rockhopper announces that all the resolutions set out in the notice of its 2009 Annual General Meeting were passed at the meeting, which was held earlier today.
As announced yesterday, Rockhopper will be holding a further General Meeting on 12 November 2009 in connection with the Placing.
