Result of AGM
Paragon Entertainment Limited, the attractions design, production, fit-out business and operator, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, sent to shareholders on 26 November 2013, were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting which was held today at 11.00 am.
