RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the Annual General Meeting of GB Group plc held today, all of the proposed resolutions were duly passed.
The proxy voting received prior to the meeting was as follows:
· Proxy votes totaling over 51.6 million shares were received representing 44% of the shares in issue.
· Of the votes cast a minimum of 97.1% were in favour of each resolution and a maximum of 2.9% were against.
