Result of AGM

The Company announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Company's name will change to BMR Group PLC (AIM:BMR), with the change expected to commence on or around 11 February 2016. The ISIN, SEDOL and TIDM will remain the same following the change.
