Result of AGM
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, is pleased to announce that all resolutions, save for resolutions 5 and 6 which as announced earlier today were not proposed and as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting which was sent to shareholders on 24 November 2015, were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting which was held today at 12.30pm.
