Physiomics PLC29 December 2006 Physiomics plc ("Physiomics" or "the Company") Result of Annual General Meeting 29 December 2006 At today's annual general meeting of the Company, all resolutions were passedwith the exception of Resolutions 6 and 7 which were withdrawn before themeeting as shareholders representing 38.4% of the Company had indicated theirintention to vote against these resolutions. As a result, the Physiomics board currently has no authorities to allot OrdinaryShares of 0.04p nominal value.
