Results of Annual General Meeting
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy and wealth management business, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to shareholders by the Board (which were contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 10 September 2012) were passed unanimously on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 7 were ordinary resolutions and resolution 8 was a special resolution.
