Results of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fortune Oil PLC held on 26 September 2014, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were approved by the shareholders on a show of hands.

In accordance with the FCA's Listing Rules 9.6.2R, copies of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (which has replaced the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility) and will shortly be available for inspection www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
