Result of AGM, and
Appointment of Non-Executive Director
San Leon Energy Plc ("San Leon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today in Dublin all resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders.
The Company also confirms that, further to the announcement of 17 September 2012, Mr Con Casey has today joined the Board of San Leon as Non-Executive Director.
